At Baby Love India, we are committed to providing the highest quality services and products for mothers and babies. Your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our services and hygiene standards, our refund policy is outlined below:
🍼 For Services (Garbh Sanskar, Japa/Nanny Care, Online Programs)

Once a service has been confirmed and scheduled, it is non-refundable.

If you wish to reschedule your service, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and management approval.

In case of medical emergencies, we may provide a credit note or partial refund after reviewing your request.
🧸 For Products (Essentials, Toys, Accessories, etc.)

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer returns or refunds on baby care products, skincare, or feeding accessories unless:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

You notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

Once your return is approved, a replacement or store credit will be issued. Refunds are not guaranteed.
📦 Non-Returnable Items:

Diapers, creams, oils, feeding bottles, lotions, undergarments, or any opened/used product.

Custom Nanny or Japa service bookings once assigned and confirmed.
